Volunteer with Togean Conservation Foundation

Please note that all on-site volunteer and intern positions are offered on a full time basis only (5 days per week). Volunteers wishing to work remotely have a choice of full-time or part time with number of working hours to be agreed case by case.

We apologise that due to limited administrative resources, we will not be able to reply to applicants that do not meet the minimum skills criteria or time commitment available so please read the requirements carefully before you send an application. Applicants seeking internships may wish to email or call before applying to ensure the position and our organisation can fulfill the requirements of your internship or institution.

 

As we are a new organisation, we do not currently have funding in place for our programmes or volunteers. This means that all volunteers who apply need to be able to cover their own costs, including travel, visas (if required), travel health insurance covering the proposed activities, and food, if wishing to work onsite. We are happy to supply you with suggestions or links to information on how you can fund-raise for your expenses before coming. Should we secure sufficient funding in the meantime, we are happy to cover your on-site costs. We are happy to house volunteers in our dormitory at our Wild Togean Centre where possible and provide you with a hot-desk work-space if needed.
